1. Are you a Recovery Home?

We are not a recovery home! We provide Private Care services that cater to you from the comforts your chosen lodging space. Ex: Hotels Airbnb Personal Home.

2. Do you provide Airport Pickup/Drop Off?

We do don’t offer transportation pick up/ drop off, our services start when guest are discharged from the surgery center. We do however partner with transportation-based companies and can provide you recommendations.

3. Do you Provide ANY supplies?

Yes!!! Upon booking we have a full list of what supplies are provided during stay. Pack Light We got you covered!

4. Can you Pick My Surgeon?

For liability purposes we can’t chose a surgeon for you, however we can recommend surgeons for you to research and seek out based on safe experiences from previous guest.

5. Can I bring my family/friends?

Emotional/Moral support is important we encourage bringing someone w/ you who is ready and willing to help in supporting you. We do recommend limiting the amount of company you bring to no more than 2 guest. We want you to be able to rest!

6. What should I look for when booking a place to stay?

When booking hotels, we recommend finding hotels with small kitchen like area with sitting space to accommodate your assistance while you rest. Having access to a wheelchair is a plus! If booking Airbnb, single family one level homes make it easy for walking, they also provide privacy.

7. Do you Provide Massage?

We work with 3rd party massage med spas in select areas to ensure you have access to much needed massage sessions during our time of service. Your consultant will also create an aftercare plan with you to make sure you are covered when you return home.

8. Do you Accommodate Surgery Sisters?

Yes of Course! Ask your consultant about the personalized SX plans we offer to ensure both guest experience safe successful recoveries.

9. Do you only provide services to women?

Pure Serene Lifestyle & Wellness is an all-inclusive brand who supports our LGBTQ community as well as men and women that need our support during their recovery process.

10. How do you handle emergency/non-emergency situations?

As with any medical emergency we will always utilize 911, our guest safety is of extreme Importance to us. With non-emergency medical concerns, we always follow the instructions of the Surgeon, always putting the safety and wellbeing of our guest first. NO Exceptions.

11. Do you provide Refunds?

We do not provide refunds. All deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the total balance. In case of cancellations imposed by the surgeon we do allow up to 1 year for guest to reschedule and do give them top priority booking for that reschedule.
